Prana Help Center

How does Prana’s breathing test work?

Prana’s optional breathing test asks you to hold the screen while you make a slow, controlled exhale. It gives guided practice a starting point and is not a medical assessment.

Updated

Make one slow, controlled exhale

Take a full breath in. Then press and hold the screen while you exhale slowly, lifting your finger when your lungs feel comfortably empty.

The test uses the touch control to time the exhale. It does not require microphone access.

Skip or repeat the test whenever you need

You can skip the test during onboarding. To take it again, open Settings and choose Test your breathing.

The result is a practice starting point, not a medical assessment or diagnosis.
