Use the restore-purchase option available in Prana to ask Apple to confirm your eligible purchase. Keep the Apple account used for the purchase available on your device.
If the purchase is not reflected after restoring, contact Prana with a short description of the problem and non-sensitive details such as your device model and iOS version.
Do not send payment information by email
Do not send passwords, full payment details, or health data to support. Apple controls the payment record for App Store purchases.
